FOOD AND ACCOMMODATION

Goldsmiths Study Holiday in London

Students will stay in mini-apartments with single rooms and private bathrooms.

Meals are provided on a full-board basis in the college dining hall, and packed lunches will be provided for full-day excursions included in the program.

ENGLISH COURSE

Learn English in an Engaging Environment

Students will attend 15 hours of English lessons per week in the General English Course. Students aged 14 and older with a minimum language level of B1 can choose the World of Work Course instead of the General Course.

Students can also register for the online Trinity GESE Exam.

All teachers are fully qualified to teach English to international students. Classes are formed based on a placement test taken at the beginning of the course, ensuring each student is placed in an appropriate class for their proficiency level.

Study materials are provided by the school, along with a certificate of attendance upon course completion.

Excursions

  • 6 Full-Day Trips:
    • 4 trips to London: Students will visit the Science and Natural History Museums, Hyde Park, a “Politics and Royalty walking tour,” the National Gallery, Covent Garden for shopping, the TATE Modern, Leicester Square, Piccadilly, Oxford Street, Regent Street, or the British Museum and Regents Park.
    • 1 trip to Brighton by train: Students will enjoy a Walking Tour and a visit to the BAi360 observation tower.
    • 1 trip to Cambridge by bus: Includes a Professional Walking Tour with free time.
  • 2 Half-Day Trips:
    • Greenwich: Includes a Walking Tour and entry to the Royal Observatory
    • Cruise: See London on a scenic City Cruise along the River Thames

Evening outings are planned to experience the very best of London by night!

On-Campus Activities:

On-campus evenings will offer a variety of fun activities, such as ice-breaker games, discos, British Quiz Night, Karaoke, International Night, and more!
